Introduction
Nakamura Soba, a specialized Okinawan soba noodle restaurant with a panoramic view, is very well located right in front of the ocean. We use zero preservative and hand knead dough made of 100% pure flour.
Enjoy our special soup simmered with pork bone and bonito.
Our “asa” (seaweed) soba noodle uses asa in the dough. We use the famous Ise Island’s asa only for toppings too.
Of course it’s used in our kamaboko, boiled fish paste, as well.

- Soki (Pork Rib) Soba Noodle: (Middle) 600 yen / (Large) 700 yen / (Extra Large) 800 yen
- Boned Rib Soba: 700 yen (Served only 7 dishes a day.)
- Tebichi (Pig’s Feet) Soba: 850 yen (Served only 6 dishes a day.)
- Jushi (Okinawan Steamed Rice): 200 yen
- Inari (Sushi Wrapped in Fried Tofu): 200 yen
